In our experience in the education sector in Tamil Nadu, we have noticed some large gaps in the field of higher education and employment:

• The curriculum in most degree is behind-the-times and does not cover skills demanded by the market.
• Students are often only taught basic skills, and not the fundamentals that would allow them to innovate independently. 
• Practical exposure is poor, and students have little preparation for the demands of their job.
• Students often join over-saturated markets, instead of evaluating their own strengths and interests.

The Srishti Centre for Excellence is a vocational institute for skill training that aims to address these issues, even as it ensures its students get gainful employment to uplift themselves and their families. The courses are entirely free. SCE was started in January 2025. While the campus is being constructed, smaller batches are being conducted.

Students will be informed of the date of the next intake, upon registering their interest. While we place no financial barriers, we ask that the students who join us are punctual, professional, disciplined and undertake the course with the seriousness it deserves.
